On Thursday, 1 March The Ivy Montpellier Brasserie will be partnering with the National Literacy Trust in celebration of World Book Day.

We are excited to announce that the much loved and award winning children’s author, Sally Grindley, will be hosting a reading from two of her favourite books, Shhh! and Knock Knock Who’s There?

We will then serve afternoon tea and yes, tigers, superheroes, pirates, Elsas and Minions are of course welcome.

With over 140 books published since 1985, Sally is a multi-award-winning children’s author, whose wide range of work includes books for toddlers, picture books, young reading books and novels for pre-teens.

So please, do join us after school for some tea, cakes and fun, from 4pm to 6pm.

All proceeds from the event will be donated to National Literacy Trust. Tickets will be priced at £20* per adult/ child, and full afternoon tea is included.
