Santa’s Coming Back to Cavendish House!

Santa’s Coming Back to Cavendish House!

I’ve been based in and around Cheltenham my entire life and I remember  many many years ago that the place to visit FC was always Cav House. It’s for that reason that I am extremely excited to share some news with you all!

For the first time in over two decades, House of Fraser Cheltenham opened its doors to a magical Christmas Grotto last Thursday.  I’m thrilled that they are bringing back the true spirit of Christmas, children can explore the magical traditional grotto.

As children enter the grotto, they will be immersed into an enchanting winter wonderland, where they will have the opportunity to meet Santa and his elves. Santa’s grotto is located on the ground floor, adjacent to the Christmas shop. Entry costs £6 per child and includes meeting Santa and a quality toy. There is also a chance to purchase professional photographs, snow globes and key rings to capture the memories.

Clementina Fraser, Store Manager at House of Fraser said:  “We are delighted to launch our first grotto in nearly 25 years. Christmas should be a joyous time and about making memories with friends and family. Every year customers tell me about their childhood memories and how they used to visit Santa at Cavendish House. With so many requests for a grotto, we have decided to bring one back to Cheltenham’s much loved department store.”

House of Fraser’s restaurant on the 1st Floor will offer a child’s lunch for £1 with the purchase of every adult’s hot main meal (Monday to Sunday between lunchtime from 30th November until Christmas Eve) upon production of a valid grotto ticket. ‎
