The Boring Bit……

We’re all Mums and we all know that sometimes life isn’t as straightforward as it should be.

If you book an event ticket with us we would like you to be 100% committed to attending that event but in the event that you just can’t we operate the following cancellation policy…

Let us know four weeks before the event for a 100% refund (minus booking fee.)

Let us know between four and two weeks before the event for 50% refund (minus booking fee.)

Let us know between two weeks and three days before the event and we will try our hardest to resell your ticket. This takes time and effort so in the event that we can we will give you a 50% refund (minus booking fee.) If we can’t I’m afraid the ticket price is non refundable.

If you cancel three days before the event we are unable to offer a refund as we will have paid venue and catering fees and will be unable to recoup them.
